To place an International order, please email your detailed order to international@rushtush.com. Your email must include:
- Name and Surname
- Contact Details (contact number and email address)
- FULL international delivery address
- Product name with the number you’re wanting to order of each
Before ordering it is important to note that import duties and taxes are not included in our invoice and will be paid directly to our carrier. As we are unable to to advise you on the exact cost for the taxes and duties, we recommend contacting your local customs office or tax authority before placing an international order.

COVID-19 is a factor that influences most international travel including flights. If we could give you proper transit times we will be held to it. Most flights out of SA are departing out of Johannesburg and we have noticed that flights are not departing every day. The routing schedule of flights are not planned as the aircrafts are routed to various hubs and this affects transit times. Please note the transit days are estimated days based on the current flight availability out of Johannesburg and pending customs clearance in destination country.
How can I track my order?
When your order is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email. You can follow your order’s journey following the tracking link that Courier It will send you, once they have booked your order into their hub.
Can I order to multiple addressess?
No, we only deliver orders to one address at a time.
Are local taxes and duties included in the price?
No. As the recipient of the order, you must instead pay these duties and taxes directly to our carrier to release your order from Customs. As we are unable to advise you on the exact cost for the taxes and duties, we recommend contacting your local Customs office or tax authority before placing an order with us.
I won’t be present to receive my order/parcel, what do I do?
If you believe that you will miss your parcel, you can redirect it to another shipping address, or have it left with a neighbour or in a safe place. To make changes to your delivery, you can contact Courier It or your carrier local depot, if they have changed directly for any arrangements.
Do I need to present my ID when signing for my order?
You may have to have your valid drivers license or ID available to present upon delivery.
