The chromium enhances insulin sensitivity, supports healthy blood sugar levels which helps the body to faster metabolize carbohydrates and fats.
Recommended use for adults:
Take 1 capsule, twice daily before or with meals.

Chromium Polynicotinate 1mg, Vit B6 20mg, L-Glutamine 233mg, Magnesium Aspartate 115mg, Potassium Aspartate 355mg

THIS IS THE SHIZZZZZ!!!! I adapted it to when my body feels right and I find it works like a CHARM after I eat. (Not before and that’s okay because we listen to our bodies!!) What bloat? I make sure that I’m always stocked up – I literally take 3 a day. I’ve noticed that it really helps to cancel out the food noise and keep me satiated so waaay less snacking. I can’t recommend the Gluc Support enough.
