Added rebirth to the rest of the Rushtush product shelf in my kitchen this past week, and I must say using the complete combo has definitely come through for me. I’ve lost another 2kgs this past month. My energy levels are through the roof (which is scary for some hahaha) and my cravings have completely left the building. I bought the Rebirth nasal spray in November and deliberately waited a full month before writing this review. I love Rushtush products, so whether this is bias, mind over matter, or straight-up science, this has been my honest experience.
First off, the spray itself…that slight tingling or burning sensation when sprayed, lasts less than a second and then it is gone. No mess, no fuss. As someone with hay fever, I sometimes catch myself thinking I have sneezed it out and should maybe do another pump later, but that is just habit more than anything.
What I noticed most is how I feel overall. My mood is lighter, even during silly season when life and work are full-on. I am calmer in stressful situations, both personally and professionally. I can’t get over how REBIRTH suddenly kicked in, improving my ability to perform mentally, physically and efficiently. I am sustained throughout the day with steady energy and tunnel vision. Which I had a lot of to begin with! I feel fantastic!

This is a product that Rush has been advertising ahead of its release, and it’s been one that I knew I had to get my hands on. Having used it for a week, I can truly say that this is a remarkable product. When using it for the first time, it had instant results – I immediately felt relaxed, and calm and energized at the same time. The effects just became better as the day went on; but the best surprise of all, what how it silenced the food noise. Having acquired this product in the middle of my 4th year varsity exams, I usually tend to binge eat from study stress… the fact that I focused more on studies and was not even aware of food was incredible! I find using it in the morning is best, either after a cup of coffee or on an empty stomach. There may be slight tingling felt when you first spray it, but that is normal and settles down quickly. As recommended, one spray in each nostril is enough, no need to overdo it. I have also started using it every second day, as the effects last that long. I have already purchased backups, as this product will become a staple in my life. I could not recommend it enough!
