I have been waiting for the launch of this product since July when Rushda first marketed it, and after using it for a week I am not disappointed.
When I placed my order for the Rebirth Nasal Spray, I halted my use of the Metabolic Oral Spray, Gluc Support and L-Glutamine to really determine the quality and efficacy of the spray.
I am experiencing physiological and psychological transformation due Rebirth.
Within one-week, dramatic reduction in my stress response.
Pain, bloating, flatulence, and discomfort from “endo belly” has not only substantially eased but also been a great physical relief (which lasts) and is visibly evident.
My mental state and thought pattern have improved, I am less overwhelmed and distracted throughout my day/night.
My round face is more defined, my savoury cravings and afternoon slump has not decreased it is gone, and the quality of my sleep has improved significantly to the extent that I now wake up BEFORE my morning alarm, RESTED.

This product has been an absolute dream. Since using Rebirth, I feel much more in control and my mind is clearer. I also believe it has helped regulate my morning cortisol spikes, which are usually linked to stress. I now wake up feeling calmer and more ready for the day. Lower cortisol seems to make a big difference for me, my body feels less tense and even my TMJ has eased a bit (when I’m stressed I grind/clench at night).

Having know Rush for a long time, and knowing the care for woman that goes into the products she creates I was excited to try Rebirth, and as someone who often needs a schedule 5 calmer to get through a day I wanted to see if it lived up to the hype of a Cortisol regulator and an all over feeling of wellness and it really does.. My face is snatched and I’ve skipped my morning meds for a full week and now I feel happier in my skin and more importantly in my mind. I feel clear and not jittery and getting off putting chemicals in my body is a great feeling. Was I scared absolutely did it blow me away most definitely. I would tell anyone to try this esp if you are looking for something to help overall feeling of being centred.

I can’t believe it
I’ve been struggling with menopause and post birth shenanigans for about 5-6 years now
The worst being fatigue and brain fog
And Day 3! Rebirth has made such a big difference
I must share, I do Metabolic spray.. it takes away my appetite

This is a product that Rush has been advertising ahead of its release, and it’s been one that I knew I had to get my hands on. Having used it for a week, I can truly say that this is a remarkable product. When using it for the first time, it had instant results – I immediately felt relaxed, and calm and energized at the same time. The effects just became better as the day went on; but the best surprise of all, what how it silenced the food noise. Having acquired this product in the middle of my 4th year varsity exams, I usually tend to binge eat from study stress… the fact that I focused more on studies and was not even aware of food was incredible! I find using it in the morning is best, either after a cup of coffee or on an empty stomach. There may be slight tingling felt when you first spray it, but that is normal and settles down quickly. As recommended, one spray in each nostril is enough, no need to overdo it. I have also started using it every second day, as the effects last that long. I have already purchased backups, as this product will become a staple in my life. I could not recommend it enough!
