Tush Sculpt


The Tush Sculpt is a 6 week DIY weight training programme designed by Rushda for babes who are already strong and relatively fit. The goal of Tush Sculpt is to target the entire lower body, transform the aesthetic of the glute, hamstrings, quads and calves.

You will receive access to an exclusive Tush Sculpt instagram account (@rushtushsculpt) demonstrating all targeted exercises. You will need access to a gym, however the equipment needed can also be purchased. The program consist mostly of free weights, kettlebells, a set of dumbbells, a swiss ball and a weighted bag. Tush Sculpt will be effective with or without a structured eating plan. However, we do recommend a structured eating plan. I would start with the Glow Cleanse and work toward Naked Glow.
