Skin Glow Smoothie
Give me anything antioxidant! I’m weak at the knees for added vitamins and minerals, consuming berries, seeds and phytonutrients (plants land and sea) that are going to give me that added boost! If we’re adding Rushtush Whey isolate, then it becomes a super meal! If we wanna take it up a level of plumping and joint smoothing add in some Rushtush Hydrolyzed Collagen!
Dates are a fantastic super food loaded with endless benefits. They’re nutrient-rich, providing essential vitamins, minerals, fiber and antioxidants. They support digestive health, blood sugar control and may reduce the risk of chronic diseases. Dates could enhance brain health, promote natural labor and serve as a natural sweetener. Additionally, they are beneficial for bone health and blood sugar regulation, although more research is needed. Despite their high calorie content they’re versatile and can be easily incorporated into various dishes.
Coconut water is my go too for all my smoothies, replenishing lost electrolytes and ensuring my muscles and brain is hydrated. By the time your skin is dry, it’s already too late. Coconut water is a pantry stable.
- 1 scoop of green superfood
- 2 scoops of RushTush Original Whey Protein
- A little frozen blueberries
- 1 date cut with scissors
- 1 tablespoon PB
- Oat milk
- Coconut water
Blend all ingredients and enjoy!
