Naked Glow is a cutting (leaning out) diet plan, introducing carb cycling to a system that Glow Girls are already familiar with. It is high in protein that consists of whole natural foods and plenty of greens. It can also be whatever you need it to be – this is the beauty of carb cycling. Don’t worry if you don’t understand that now, the entire method is explained and taught in the guide. It is gluten free, lactose free and suitable for vegetarians, as well as people who suffer from allergies (nuts etc). All options are listed in the Naked Glow.
