Veggie Glow


Veggie Glow is a specialised vegetarian meal plan to achieve a leaner more radiant internal eco system. The 4 week plan teaches you about vegetarianism and is geared to educate you on how to achieve a plant based lifestyle, while reaching all your proteins, vitamins and mineral needs. The plan empowers you how to eat beyond the 4 weeks, although the meals, snacks, juices and smoothies can be repeated until you achieve desired results. I wanted create a plant based diet that echoed the teachings of the Glow Cleanse, but still met your nutrient needs as a vegetarian. Expect to have more glowing energy while achieving your dream body!

We cover full recipes, a weekly menu of breakfast, snacks, lunches and dinners. A variety of vegetable juices, smoothies and warm meals. Supplementation and education on fruits and vegetables are covered. You will also find a section on eating out. Veggie Glow is a timeless classic and I hope you enjoy the vitality it has to offer!
