It’s time for that well-deserved break. You’ve worked hard and with the holiday season looming, the thoughts of losing all your hard work during all the festivities ahead could be causing some stress.
It’s understandable, but there’s no need to panic. I’ve got you:
TIP 1: Do shorter workouts
You can still work out in the festive season – it doesn’t have to be an hour but stay active with 10, 20, or 30-minute workouts. High Intensity Training (HIIT) is great to get the blood flowing and the calories burning quickly.
TIP 2: Implement walking workouts or a new fitness class
Walking is a great exercise to do. It helps tone legs and burns fat. It can be done with the whole family. Outdoor walks in the fresh air will do you good. For an added challenge, strap on some ankle weights. Trampoline Parks are also always a win with the kids!
Walking with your family along the Promenade, in the forest or mountain is a great activity that will keep you on track.
Beach or swimming days are exercise and a way to cool off.

Your fitness never needs to take a break, unless YOU need to take one.
If you’re travelling: Pack in a couple of workout clothes to wear on rotation. If you have access to a gym on site then you’re sorted but if not, pack easily transportable exercise equipment such as a resistance band.

TIP 3: Fast or eat clean after over-consuming (food or alcohol)
I always fast or eat clean after heavy meals and Hulk Juice is a must for the day.

Also, ensure that salads and veggie sides are always available at family gatherings and events. Google new dishes to try. There are also refreshing salads and juices in most of my eating plans, so if you have any of the eBooks, give them a try.
Some of my eating plans also include sweet snacks, pancakes, smoothies, pizza, and burger recipes if you want to treat yourself but still eat healthy well-balanced protein- based meals.
TIP 4: Keep spraying the magic
Over the years, many women have reported weight loss or weight maintenance, despite going off their eating plan while on holiday. Gluc Support and Meta Spray are a must for me, all year round.
Tip 5: Cool off with something refreshing with detox or fat-burning benefits
